In the picture above: these two sweet ones were adopted by a wonderful family in Tennessee. They are Waffle and Bina and enjoying their first birthday We do have a few puppies available for adoption at this time. We are working on posting pictures.
COVID- 19 Update: For those who are getting a puppy from our current litter or those who get a puppy in future litters, we have covered porches to give you a place to see your puppy but keep social distance!
We interview families and have certain guidelines for the adoptive homes. I say that up front and want to reiterate this is not meant to be offensive; it is a commitment we make to our canine family. Our number one requirement is that someone is home with them during the day because these are companion canines. The puppy cannot be left home alone more than four hours a day unless there is another animal as a companion. They are greatly cherished and we consider them to be part of our family so we hope you will feel the same. We would not even be able to consider finding adoptive homes for our puppies unless we kept in mind how much they will be loved and valued and the blessing they will bring to others. There are no kennels at our home which means the canines are always 'underfoot'. The house may not always be in perfect order (as it used to be) but it is a happy place. Our elderly or retired ones are usually napping through their day on the sofa or in one of the many 'donut' beds around the living room. Some have their special routines, others do not but all are treated with the same respect and love we give our other family members. They know they 'belong'.
We welcome and encourage you to visit our home in the mountains of NC and we respond best to text messages as we are often working with the pups. But feel free to either email, or TEXT 828-266-3339. LEAVE A VOICEMAIL if you call! Deposits are $1000 and will hold the puppy of your choice. A deposit paid for a specific puppy reserves the puppy assuring he/she has already been adopted. This deposit is included in the adoption fee. Adoption fees range from $3500 to $4200 depending on gender, coloration, and breed mix. A puppy can be held by voice commitment and a deposit being sent (check, money order, PayPal). If you can't visit our home to see our puppies (which we highly recommend), we provide two other methods of delivery. We can meet you at the airport or we will drive or fly the puppy to you for additional fees. We only provide these methods of delivery because I require face to face meetings with the family. We live 2 hours from the Charlotte airport which is why we charge additional fees. If you have a hold placed on a puppy but you meet the other puppies still available for adoption and realize you like a different one more, you have the option to swap for another that is not reserved. We also have numerous references. Interested in a puppy or have any questions about us? Fill out the form below. I look forward to hearing from you! Have a blessed day! - Cindy Blust
